Hello there!

My name is Felix, and my research explores how organizations can move beyond conventional sustainability toward regenerative forms of value creation. I focus on regenerative supply chains, organizational unlearning, and the transformation of established decision logics, structures, and routines.

I am particularly interested in how companies shift from efficiency driven, linear supply chain models toward approaches that restore ecological systems, strengthen resilience, and create long term value for both business and society. My background combines industrial management, digitalization, circularity, and operational transformation across academia and practice.
