The Chair of Industrial Management has recently published two articles in the field of cooperatives and business model research in the Journal of Co-operative Organization and Management. In the article “Introducing a co-operative-specific business model: The poles of profit and community and their impact on organizational models of energy co-operatives”, Mathias Dilger, Michael Konter and Prof. Voigt provide a conceptual framework for energy co-operative business models. In the paper “Cooperative banks in need of transition: The influence of Basel III on the business model of German cooperative credit institutions”, Tanja Jovanović, Christian Arnold and Prof. Voigt investigate empirically the consequences of the financial regulation on the business model of established cooperative credit institutions.

The Chair is very pleased with this double success and wishes readers fun while reading!
