From November 17-21, Prof. Dr. Matthias Fifka from FAU completed the MBA curriculum for the FAU-Siemens EMBA Class of 2024-2026 with his module “ESG Management”, which was organized at the Siemens headquarters at Wittelsbacher Platz in Munich. A special highlight of the program was the captivating keynote by Dr. Eva Riesenhuber, Siemens’ Global Head of Sustainability, on Wednesday, November 19. Having just returned from the UN Climate Change Conference in Belém, Dr. Riesenhuber provided an intensive and impressive deep dive into the Sustainability Management concept at Siemens AG. The 24 EMBA students from all over the world took the chance to enter an intense discussion, highlighting all the ambitious goals of Siemens and all the milestones that have already been achieved in the field of Sustainability Management.
