On July 31, 2025, the first class of the MBA in Sustainability Management at FAU WiSo proudly celebrated their graduation – a milestone moment for both the students and the program itself. The beautiful Hirsvogelsaal in Nuremberg provided a fitting backdrop for the evening, as graduates from all over the world came together to celebrate with their course, professors, families, and friends.
Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt (Program Director & Dean of Executive Education) and Prof. Dr. Markus Beckmann, who opened the very first course of the program and returned to deliver the closing remarks, joined the celebration – bringing the experience full circle. Together, they had the honor of handing out the official MBA certificates to the graduates. Over the past 18 months, this pioneering group has tackled pressing challenges in sustainable business, developed leadership skills for a changing world, and formed a strong, international community.
A special highlight of the evening: Prof. Dr. Devrimi Kaya has been awarded with the „Best Teacher Award“ – congrats!!
