The Innovative Workplace is a system of technological and organizational solutions for modern and future work design in the context of digitization. Organizational and technical changes in a company require reliable and coordinated solutions that work safely. Hereby, the standardization plays a decisive role.

In the presence of the Chair of Industrial Management, represented by Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt and Oscar Pakos, specific topics of the innovative working environment were identified and discussed. The workshop was the starting signal for the initiation of a standardization roadmap for innovative work environments under the direction of the DIN (German Institute for Standardization) in Berlin.
