Great guest lecture by Dr. Daniel Gerhard from Schaeffler AG
The last lecture in our lecture series on Industry 4.0 was held by Dr. Daniel Gerhard, Coordinator of Project Additive Manufacturing at Schaeffler AG. Dr. Gerhard emphasized the potential of additive production processes for the future of industrial companies. Thereby, he presented very interesting and successful examples of additive manufacturing at Schaeffler. The speech was followed by a lively discussion with many questions from the student audience. Prof. Voigt and the entire Chair thank Dr. Gerhard for his interesting speech and look forward to future collaboration!
