On October 18th, Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt was invited by the “Innovation Forum of Sustainable Energy Systems” to share his knowledge on “The small and medium-sized enterprises’ start into the future of energy markets – Strategies and new cooperations for industry-spanning solutions”. In the Chamber of Industry and Commerce’s (IHK) facilities in Nuremberg, Prof. Voigt discussed the topic controversially with Mr. R. Kleedörfer (N-ERGIE AG), K. Böhm (Ancud IT GmbH), Dr. R. Künneth (IHK Nuremberg), and M. Münch (M. Münch Elektrotechnik GmbH). Besides some differencing opinions, the panel experts agreed on, e.g., the vital necessity of cross-industry collaborations between large as well as small and medium-sized companies to actively shape the energy markets’ future.
