We are very pleased to announce that our study “Balancing privacy and communication in activity-based workspaces: a longitudinal study” has been published in the renowned Journal of Corporate Real Estate.

This very comprehensive longitudinal study was conducted by the authors Dr. Marc Rücker, Dr. Tobias Eismann, Dr. Martin Meinel, Antonia Söllner and Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt in excellent teamwork. The study investigates whether activity-based work enables employees to experience a high level of privacy as well as communication at the same time. Two dimensions that are important for high employee performance, but were previously considered incompatible.
