It is a pleasure to announce that our paper “Exploring the Effects of Creativity Training on Creative Performance and Creative Self-Efficacy: Evidence from a Longitudinal Study” has been accepted for publication in The Journal of Creative Behavior (JCB). Founded in 1967, JCB is the longest-standing journal devoted specifically to creativity research. Today, it is a primary outlet for the highest quality and most innovative work on creativity (Impact Factor: 1.9). In this paper, the authors Martin Meinel, Timm Wagner, Christian Baccarella, and Kai-Ingo Voigt explore the impact of creativity trainings on participants’ creative performance and creative self-efficacy. Based on a longitudinal research design, various implications are derived both for theory and practice.
