It´s a wrap: MBA „Innovation“ module successfully completed!

After three intensive weekends of lectures, discussions and group work, the 20th MBA class (2023 – 2025) successfully completed the “Innovation” module. Led by Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt, Prof. Dr. Christian Baccarella (Uni BW Munich), and Dr. Lukas Maier (WU Vienna), the students delved into highly relevant strategic aspects in the field of Technology & Innovation Management. As highlights of the module, they analyzed two comprehensive case studies focusing on technology attractiveness and business model change in response to digital disruption.

On the last Saturday, the four groups of MBA-students presented their analysis and their proposals how to improve the business model of OBI (hardware store), Fendt (agricultural machinery manufacturer), theme parks, and OnlyFans (B2C-platform for paid content).
