For the tenth consecutive year, Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt and Siemens AG’s CFO, Prof. Dr. Ralf Thomas, extended a warm welcome to the newest class of the Siemens EMBA “International Leadership and Finance” program at the Siemens Global Leadership Center in Feldafing. From October 22nd until October 27th, the students delved into the realms of technology and innovation management during their first module “Innovation”, alongside Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt, Dr. Lukas Maier, and Lauren Mackintosh.

Highlights during this week included an engaging Q&A session with Prof. Dr. Ralf Thomas, an enlightening guest lecture by Dr. Annika Hauptvogel, Head of Technology and Innovation, and a visit to Siemens’ venture firm, Next47, located in Munich. The EMBA program is tailored for emerging talents nominated by Siemens’ Finance-Leadership-Team, and it comprises 24 highly motivated students from various finance functions within Siemens.

We extend our best wishes to this year’s participants as they embark on their MBA journey through the upcoming modules and look forward to going on this journey together with them!
