Innovation Insights Series #9 with Dr. Annika Hauptvogel, Head of Technology and Innovation Management @ Siemens
On July 13th, our Innovation Insights Series continued with a thoughtful presentation by Dr. Annika Hauptvogel, Head of Technology and Innovation Management at Siemens.
Under the topic “How do we manage to transform inventions (from Technology) into successful business innovations?” she spoke about the Siemens innovation funnel, providing us with insights and domain knowledge on the different requirements for each step in the process.
She also covered topics like the core technologies that Siemens focusses on and how to match them with the right application, customer and ecosystem, further elaborating on the involvement of innovation platforms at Siemens.
