Innovation Insights Series #2 with Christian Polenz (Deputy Chairman & Chief Customer Officer @ TeamBank)
Last Wednesday, the team of the Chair of Industrial Management had the pleasure to warmly welcome Christian Polenz, Deputy Chairman & Chief Customer Officer of TeamBank AG, as the second speaker in our Innovation Insights Series. After Christian briefly presented the history of the Teambank and the development from a full bank to a bank with a focus on liquidity management, he explored the current challenges and how the Teambank is going to meet them. Based on an empathy- and people-driven company culture, Christian gave us some interesting examples how the TeamBank is innovating their organization to initiate a true paradigm shift.
