From March 1st to 3rd, Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt, Dr. Christian Baccarella and Dr. Oscar Pakos followed an invitation of our partner university Universidad de Alcalá (Spain) to organize a half-week seminar on the topic of Innovation Management. This guest seminar, being almost a tradition by now, had to be paused last year due to the Covid-19 pandemic but could be resumed this year. The ERASMUS students, coming from different European countries, worked on a case-study about digital technologies as well as a case-study on innovative business models and gave us elaborated and convincing presentations, each followed by intensive discussions. Despite the troubling times we actually live in, it was a good experience to have worked in the classroom again and nearly overdue to revive the good academic relationship between our universities.

We would like to thank Prof. Dr. Maite del Val for welcoming us at Universidad de Alcalá, as well as the students for their intensive work and their fruitful discussions!
