On January 26, Prof. Voigt and Marc Rücker were pleased to welcome Dr. Daniel Kiel, innovation manager at DATEV, to give a guest lecture in the course “BWL für Ingenieure”.

During his guest lecture entitled ‘Ambidexterity @ DATEV – Innovation management as a “handcraft”‘, Daniel reported on the application of innovation management at his employer DATEV eG. He gave the students deep insights into how DATEV tackles future challenges and how they are able to constantly innovate. The guest lecture was very helpful for our students to understand the theoretical basics learned from the course in practical application and was rounded off by a lively discussion.

The entire Chair of Industrial Management would like to thank our former chair member Daniel and DATEV for this inspiring guest lecture and is looking forward to further joint projects and lectures!
