As part of both our speaker series on innovation and digitalization, we had the honour to welcome Khaleeq Aziz, CEO and founder of Symanto Research at the University for a fascinating guest lecture.

Khaleeq provided hands-on insights into the way his company identifies deep and valuable customer understandings through the application of Psychology and Artificial Intelligence. By analyzing text material of online users, Symanto is able to cluster potential customers, which helps to position brands, products and related marketing activities tailored towards the customer.
