The chair of Industrial Management presented three recent research papers at the European Academy of Management (EURAM) conference in Lisbon, Portugal. Examining the Role of a Product’s Packaging  Functionality on Consumer Behavior“ (together with Lukas Maier, Anna-Laura Himmelreich, and Prof. Dr.  Kai-Ingo Voigt). Second, Marc Rücker discussed  about “Flexible Working – Collaboration Booster  or Productivity Killer?“ (together with Oscar  Pakos, Tobias Eismann, Martin Meinel, and Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo  Voigt). Finally, Oscar Pakos presented results on “Leading for Creativity: Leading for Creativity: Reviewing the Past Decade of Empirical Research  on Leader Characteristics and Behavior“ (together with co-authored Tobias Eismann, Moritz Ries, Marc Rücker,  Martin Meinel, and Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt).

We are happy for the constructive feedback and are already looking forward to next year’s EURAM conference in Dublin, Ireland!
