Chair of Industrial Management and the Faculty of Engineering – a valuable exchange
Once again, our chair had the pleasant task of giving a series of lectures on “Technology and Innovation Management” for the elite master‘s programme “Advanced Materials and Processes” (MAP) at the Faculty of Engineering. Prof. Voigt and his research assistants, Nina Kuhnt and Marc Rücker, were impressed by the joy of discussion on economic topics of the 20 international master students who took part in this course.
The acquired analytical and conceptual skills in the field of technology and innovation management enable the students to address complex business questions independently and successfully apply the “right” methods and structuring approaches to master challenging tasks in practice.
This exchange with the technical students is an important part of the interdisciplinary cooperation between our chair and the Faculty of Engineering of our university.
We are looking forward to working with the MAP students, next year!
