Two papers of our chair ranked as featured articles in the International Journal of Innovation Management

The Chair of Industrial Management proudly announces that two of our research papers were chosen as featured articles by the International Journal of Innovation Management (IJIM). As an internationally renowned journal, the IJIM adopts a multi-disciplinary approach to engage with the many challenges of managing innovation with the aim to link the research and practice of innovation management.

The first article, “Sustainable Industrial Value Creation: Benefits and Challenges of Industry 4.0” by Dr. Daniel Kiel, Prof. Dr. Julian M. Müller, Dr. Christian Arnold and Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt, investigates the implications of the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) in terms of sustainable value creation. The second article, “Business Models for Corporate Innovation Management: Introduction of a Business Model Innovation Tool for established Firms” by Dr. Martin Trapp, Prof. Dr. Kai-Ingo Voigt, and Prof. Dr. Alexander Brem assists researchers and especially practitioners at accelerating Business Model Innovation (BMI) in established firms.
