Instructive guest lecture by Dr. Martin Sommer (Director of Human Resources at Diehl)
As part of our speaker series on Digitalization, the Chair of Industrial Management warmly welcomed Dr. Sommer, Director of Human Resources at Diehl, for a guest lecture on the digital transformation in HR Management.
Dr. Sommer provided exciting insights into digitalization incentives in Diehl’s Human Resources. He specially focused on the implementation of a single inclusive HR-IT system for the whole Diehl Group, on a digital talent management program, and on raising digital awareness in the company.
