Prof. Dr. Stefan Asenkerschbaumer (CFO of Robert Bosch GmbH and Honorary Professor at our Chair) opened up the Schmalenbach Conference in Cologne on 11th April 2019 together with Prof. Dr. Caren Sureth-Sloane (Chair of Business Taxation at University of Paderborn) and Werner Baumann (Chairman of Board of Management at Bayer AG). This year’s conference topic was about the effects of Corporate Social Responsibility Reporting in companies, e.g., in controlling or risk management functions, and about the Sustainable-Finance-Agenda of the European Union. We are already looking forward to the next event on 18th and 19th September in Dusseldorf (73. Deutscher Betriebswirtschafter-Tag).
