Interesting insights into M&A activities in the context of Industry 4.0 within “Das Industrieseminar” with Prof. Dr. Stefan Asenkerschbaumer
Once again, our Chair had the pleasure to welcome Prof. Dr. Stefan Asenkerschbaumer, CFO and Deputy Chairman of the management board of Robert Bosch GmbH. This semester’s “Das Industrieseminar”, covered the role of strategic mergers & acquisitions in the context of Industry 4.0.
Four student groups hereby investigated European industrial companies, German SMEs, software firms from the US, and Chinese industrial companies. Following the four presentations, the students held an interesting discussion with Prof. Asenkerschbaumer, who shared his perspective from Bosch.
