Presentation of our latest research results on creative workspaces at IHRM 2018 in Madrid, Spain
From 13th till 15th June 2018, the Chair of Industrial Management participated in the 15th International Conference on Human Resource Management (IHRM) in Madrid, Spain. Lukas Maier presented our latest research about “Winning the War for Creative Talents: How Office Design Influences Organizational Attractiveness” (authored by Lukas Maier, Martin Meinel, Timm F. Wagner, Tobias T. Eismann, and Kai-Ingo Voigt). Many international researchers followed our presentation interestedly and subsequently discussed fascinating aspects in plenary. We are glad to have stimulated exciting discussions and we are delighted to contribute to the global research with our work.
