Passionate guest lecture on “How does DATEV eG develop radical innovation?” by Daniela Hecht & Boris Lingl
The Chair had the pleasure to welcome Daniela Hecht, Head of Datev Lab, and Boris Lingl, Head of Projects at Datev Lab, for their passionate talk on “radical innovation @ Datev”.
Daniela Hecht shared interesting insights about Datev’s unique approach to creating and fostering radical innovation at Datev Lab. The presentation highlighted the importance of new agile approaches, such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Business Model Formulation for companies in the digital age. Following the presentation, Daniela Hecht and Boris Lingl answered challenging questions about Blockchain as a new technology having the potential to revolutionize Datev’s business model.
