Chair of Industrial Management attended the International Symposium on “Digital/digitized Business Models”
On June 20th, Christian Arnold represented the Chair of Industrial Management at the International Symposium on “Digital/digitized Business Models” organized by the Otto Friedrich University Bamberg. Under the heading “Digital Transformation of Established Business Models – The Effect of Industry 4.0 on Business Models of Manufacturing Companies”, he elaborated on exciting insights about Industry 4.0-triggered business model changes in manufacturing companies in general as well as in single industry sectors in particular. The following discussion with high-level business model researchers encourages the Chair of Industrial Management in further conducting research efforts in the fields of business models as well as Industry 4.0.
